Cancellation Policy

The cancellation conditions applicable to your reservation depend on the rate booked and, where applicable, the season or event period.

Flexible Rates

For reservations booked under a flexible rate, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Normal Season: Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Oktoberfest & Trade Fair Periods: During Oktoberfest and designated trade fair periods, cancellations may be made free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the applicable free cancellation deadline will incur a charge of 80% of the total reservation amount.
  • Cancellations on the Day of Arrival & No-Shows: Cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.

The applicable cancellation deadline and conditions are those stated in the booking confirmation and/or displayed at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Rates

Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate are subject to full payment and are non-refundable.

The full reservation amount will be charged in the event of cancellation, modification, shortening of the stay, or no-show, regardless of when the cancellation or modification is made.


Non-refundable reservations cannot be converted into flexible or refundable reservations after booking.

Terms and Conditions

Breakfast is not included in our room rate. Upon request, you can book breakfast at our Front Desk.
Breakfast time: Mo-Su 8:00 -10:00 am

Parking available at Parkgarage Rieger City, Frauenstraße 38, 80469 München.
In case you come by car, we suggest dropping off your luggage at the hotel before you park it. Search for this address in your GPS to find the exact drop-off point in front of our hotel: Dreifaltigkeitspl. 80331 München.

Please bring your ticket to apply a 5 Euro discount.

Note: We Pre-Authorize your credit card to confirm the reservation, but do not collect the payment.

We ask for your understanding that we will consider your room wishes, if possible.

However, we guarantee only the category, not a specific room.
